Additional terms and conditions for sellers on HerCraft Market.
To sell on HerCraft Market, you must attest that your business is at least 51% owned, operated, or led by a woman. This includes:
Important: HerCraft Market relies on seller attestation and reserves the right to review, request documentation, approve, or deny applications at its discretion based on alignment with platform values and policies. Misrepresentation of business ownership status may result in immediate account termination and ineligibility for future participation.
HerCraft Market is not the seller of record. We provide a hosted platform where independent sellers can list and sell their products. As a seller, you are solely responsible for:
HerCraft Market does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers, nor do we warrant that products will meet any particular standard or expectation.
All products listed on HerCraft Market must:
Prohibited Items: Illegal goods, explicit sexual content, hate speech, discriminatory items, counterfeit products, items promoting violence, and any items that violate applicable laws.
Setup Fee: $25 (one-time, non-refundable)
Paid upon seller account activation to set up your seller dashboard and product listing tools.
Monthly Subscription: $10 (recurring, non-refundable)
Charged on the same day each month. No commissions on sales—you keep 100% of your product revenues.
Payment Processing
All transactions processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Cancellation Deadline
Submit cancellation requests at least 1 hour before your next billing date. Requests made less than 1 hour before billing will not be processed until after the charge.

After Cancellation
Your account remains accessible through the end of your billing period. Your products remain visible but you cannot edit or add new listings. Your account deactivates upon billing period expiration.
Refunds
All setup and subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for cancellations or partial months.
Reactivation
If you cancel and wish to reactivate, you will be required to pay the setup fee again.
HerCraft Market reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice for:
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and you forfeit any remaining subscription fees.
HerCraft Market is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers. Any disputes regarding orders, payments, or customer issues should be resolved directly between the seller and buyer.
HerCraft Market does not process refunds or manage payment disputes. Contact Stripe support if you have questions about payment processing or chargebacks.
